For smokers, we have provided ashtrays outside for your convenience. In consideration of all guests, we ask that you please use them.
There is to be no smoking in our rooms.
Those who hold medical cards to smoke marijuana MUST smoke their medicine at the picnic table area.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of an additional day, and if it is marijuana, an immediate expulsion from the property.

VISITORS OF GUEST

In consideration of all guests, we ask that you please park in the area next to the recreation area, or ask management as to the best place to park your equipment.

TRAILER/BUS/CAMPER PARKING

In consideration of all guests, we ask that you have them park in that area next to our recreation area.
We also ask that visitors of guests be asked to leave no later than 11:00PM. Any unregistered persons that you have in addition to your reservation you will result in you being charged an additional $20 per each.
You are responsible for your visitors.

COFFEE – SNACK AREA – NEWS STAND

We have free hot coffee for you here in the office each morning until noon.We have provided donuts, muffins or other baked goodies for you enjoyment as well.
For your children, we have a bucket of candy for them to enjoy.
The ice is there for you enjoyment. All we ask is please be considerate of the other guests so they may also have some for their enjoyment as well. Please get before the lights in the office are out.
Our soda machine is outside, so please feel free to choice as you like, and please understand, it only accepts coins from the USA. No refund will be issued for any coins from another country.
Our news-stand is near the front of the building so that even passersby may see and stop to make a purchase.
